A keen surfer, cyclist and adventurer, I have also climbed Mont Blanc and jumped out of a perfectly good plane for my sky-diving wedding, so I understand first-hand the importance of both the mind and body, how they interact and how seemingly impossible challenges can be overcome. How I help my clients
Train for a specific goal, improved sporting performance or simply for enhanced health and wellbeing. Improve your strength & fitness with 1-1 or small group training in the gym, at home or outside using a range of equipment.
If you prefer to train ad hoc at a place and time to suit you without being tied to an appointment time then maybe one of my online solutions would suit you better. I offer a range of off-the-peg online fitness packages. These give you full access to my training software where all your programmes are stored and available for you to follow in a simple step by step format. This includes videos for each exercise and all the details you’ll need to follow your plan safely and effectively, achieving maximum benefit. I also teach a variety of weekly classes (either live or On Demand, via Zoom)

Where do sessions take place?
Massage Therapy sessions take place in a private, professional yet relaxing environment, in a room dedicated to this in my own home. It may be possible to come to you if you prefer though. For Personal Training I have a private covered outdoor gym area in the BH14 area and the use of a fully equipped gym in the BH17 area. Alternatively sessions can take place inside or outside- at home, in the garden, the beach, park……almost anywhere in fact.
I have a medical condition, what should I do?
Don’t worry! I will do an initial consultation and health screen where appropriate and we can discuss any issues together and decide on the right course of action.
How many sessions will I need?
Personal Training sessions are usually on-going or until you achieve a specific goal. Massage Therapy is usually a good idea once a month but it’s entirely up to you. You will be free to stop at any time.
How do I start?
All sessions start with a free, no obligation chat so you can ask questions, get to know me and then decide if you wish to take the next step. I’ll explain what we’ll do from there.
